From the friendly and helpful staff, to the delicious and filling breakfast, this hotel exceeded our expectations. the kids particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool in the morning. We also appreciated the convenient location, making it easy to access nearby restaurants and local points of interest like the Mint Museum of Art. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, providing a relaxing environment for a good night's sleep. We were also impressed by the various amenities offered, such as the fitness centre and bar. the free WiFi and air conditioning in the rooms added to our overall satisfaction. the hotel's proximity to attractions like the NASCAR Hall of Fame and the Mint Museum of Craft Design made our stay even more enjoyable. the 24-hour front desk and business centre were convenient features that enhanced our experience at Hyatt Place Charlotte University. Overall, we had a wonderful time at this hotel and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Charlotte. Thank you for a memorable stay!
